Review of Cura Lodge for Business TravelersAs a history professor from Manchester frequently visiting Poland, I chose Cura Lodge for a recent corporate retreat, intrigued by its amenities and strategic location. Upon arrival, the property felt more like a guesthouse than a lodge, which initially set the tone for my stay. The shared kitchen was adequately equipped, providing a degree of autonomy for meal preparation. I utilized the electric kettle and cookware for working dinners with colleagues, though a few more utensils would have enhanced the experience. Comfort was a mixed bag. While outdoor seating by the pool was inviting for casual discussions, the sturdiness and quality of the chairs could use improvement. The unit itself was clean and the bedding fresh, which contributed positively to my accommodation. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable for remote work, a crucial aspect for business travelers like myself. Parking was available but limited. Items like air conditioning required extra fees, which I found inconvenient. In summary, while Cura Lodge has potential for business stays, some improvements in service and facilities are essential. I recommend it for those seeking basic amenities rather than luxury.
